You cannot do anything wrong.'* 2. **Scenario-Based Tasks (Non-Leading Language)**: - 3 realistic scenario prompts: setting the context and asking the user to accomplish a goal without naming specific UI buttons or navigation paths. 3. **Think-Aloud Prompts & Moderation Probes**: - Neutral observation probes when user hesitates: *'What are you looking at right now?', 'What did you expect to happen when you clicked that?'* 4. **Post-Task Debrief & SUS Scoring**: - System Usability Scale (SUS) 10-item questionnaire and qualitative open-ended questions. ## Deliverables: - Word-for-word moderator script. - Usability observer note-taking matrix tracking task completion rate, time-on-task, and error frequency.
